I ate at the restaurant and ordered The Nashville Chicken with a side mixed green salad & blue cheese dressing & a carrot cake. The Nashville chicken was perfection. Accompanied with the side salad and blue cheese made it the perfect meal. I took my carrot cake to go and ate it while watching one of the shows on the strip. I would not order that carrot cake again. Two days later, I ordered the same exact meal, a cheesecake and a banana for takeout. The sandwich was not as good & I got the wrong salad dressing It was something lemony when I really needed the Blue Jays, . I ordered cheesecake which was mediocre., I would not get that again. I most certainly will go back and order the Nashville chicken & salad as dine in only .

Breakfast was good at Citizens. We split the ultimate breakfast and ordered a bowl of fruit to share. The chicken sausage was some of the best links I have ever tasted. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned perfectly. I believe they also have fresh salads available at the togo checkout counter. This is a nice breakfast option at Mandalay Bay!

Surprisingly, Mandalay Bay doesn't offer many late-night food options despite its 'city that never sleeps' reputation. However, I stumbled upon Citizens Kitchen, the only place in the food court open at 11 PM! From the warm service provided by the cashier to the attentive staff, every part of my visit was a delight. If you're looking for a place to eat late at night, I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem. I had their OG burger which was decent and the fries along with an IPA... All of the above have it the spot!

Food here was very good. Ate here 2 breakfasts and one lunch. Service for the most part was very good. The restaurant has two sides for table Service with a counter in the center. Can be noisy depending on how busy it gets. Note, beware they still add a $3.50 covid tax which they will remove from your bill, just tell the server before you get your check. Enjoy.

Did a walk up around 8pm on a Saturday and got in without a reservation or issue. Staff were attentive and friendly. Tried the nachos for an appetizer, hangry burger and blta sandwich for entrees. Large portions, and food came quick. I recommend waiting to order you entree until after you finished your app, with food out so quick there was limited table space. Lots of bacon in the blta!! Truffle fries were tasty too! The restaurant is a rustic modern decor, was clean and had "patio" and indoor seating. Apps, drinks, entrees was $134 for two with tip. A little pricey but food was pretty good. Not necessarily a must, but a good option if you are in the area of Mandalay Bay and doing some shopping. I wouldnt pay for the nachos again, ok if they left the plastic cheese off, Same withe the hangry burger. BLTA was a winner.

We had a 2pm Friday flight back east and had an 11 am checkout from Mandalay Bay. We were packed up by 10am, dropped our bags at the bell desk and were in search of brunch. We read a couple of menus in Mandalay, but Citizens seemed to be the newest, hippest, and have the best menu and vibes. We waited in a brief line for maybe 10 minutes that moved quickly. We were seated and ordered the specials of the PSL and pumpkin empanadas. The PSL was delicious! The empanadas were really good... almost savory! We had the server bring those first. We couldn't decide on what to order so my friend and I split the bananas foster French toast and chicken chiliqueles. These were both sooo delicious I honestly don't have a favorite! It was more than enough food for the two of us and we left feeling so happy and full. The vibe was really cool, great people watching! I absolutely recommend this spot if you are looking for a quick brunch at Mandalay. I honestly would come by from another hotel because the food is so good!

Citizens is a great spot to catch a bite. I was in Vegas for a Volleyball Tournament and we had eaten here a couple times out of convenience but we're thoroughly impressed with their offerings. The selection was large, the prices are what you would expect, and the food was on point. There was 5 of us and we each ordered something different from each other and we all leleft satisfied and full. If your passing by and are craving a bite.. this Is a great option in a place with many, many choices. The restaurant was clean, the staff were pleasant and the service was great. The missing star is simply because they ran out of chicken on our second visit and that is was what I wanted to order. Maybe next time. I would return! Enjoy!!! @jshoeats #jsho

I have been here a few times and the service at the bar is awesome and friendly. The menu has plenty options and I have never been disappointed with my selection. Tried the spicy tuna bowl on this visit and it had some great flavors with a nice presentation. The beer is cold, no tap options all bottle. The bar area is comfortable with TVs playing a sporting event. Enjoyed the atmosphere, so make sure you stop by and give them a try. Enjoy!
